Missional Church Coaching
We have learned much about how to support missional church development through coaching over the last couple of years. We know that real support requires a combination of skilled coaching that can identify strategic issues and opportunities and aid with execution, a framework that provides insights for today and pathway for the future, and access to deep insights into the nature of missional ministry. We combine these features with both a learning community and personal coaching that allows the leader to fit strong missional principles into their own approach to ministry expression.
Coaching is a 12 month journey that you will take with a small group of other leaders. Meeting in a 2 day intensive, followed by two monthly meetings each month with Shapevine enhanced learning technology, these groups learn and grow together as they implement.
