Grow Your Resources
Resources Matter!
It’s no secret that having the right resources to support our work is essential. How do ministries and non profits build new resources in this challenging economy? Growing ministries have to establish a strategic funding position that will allow them to replace previous funding resources with new opportunities that match their vision. Compassion by Design can assist missional oriented organizations in the process of identifying opportunities, employing innovative strategies and creating new funding momentum.
How Can We Find and Win New Resources?
Many charities are experiencing increasing challenges in the area of fund development. Organizations that do not have a large development staff need to build from all of their organizational assets and implement a strategy that will allow them to effectively secure new resources. The process used by Compassion by Design assist the organization in intentionally taking proven steps and engaging staff and constituents in funding strategies that establish the organization as a trusted place where donors and grant funders can join your mission.
Multiply staff time and increase funding success by combining a new strategic position and effective systems. Coaching groups provide support to help you develop essential skills in growing external resources.
