Step 3- Exploration

Step 3 is the Exploration phase of the assessment. During this step you will explore internally by considering the history of compassion in your church and you may wish to survey the team or congregation to identify their unique talents and passions for service. You will also initiate the community portion of the assessment by completing at least 7 initial interviews from a list of community leaders to develop critical feedback.
