Step 4- Interviews & Surveys

Step 4 is the completion of community surveys and interviews. During this step you will complete most of the public work of the assessment and open a large number of new relationships. Teams will complete a predetermined number of interviews and surveys and the support team will retrieve the results for data entry. Good coordination will make this part of the process effective and meaningful for the team and community members. Tools include sample surveys and interviews as well as follow up forms.
