SUMMARY

Step 6- Focus Groups

Step 6 allows you to develop greater depth of insight in the areas that you have selected for the focus of your services. In this step you will conduct focus groups using a carefully designed script and you will consider ways to confirm and deepen the knowledge that you have about your ministry focus. Tools include instructions about focus groups and the process of confirming your results which is called “triangulation.” Access to the Needs Assessment library is by subscription click here.
